WHO ARE WE?

WHAT´S OUR GOAL?

We are four bilingual schools in the province of Teruel: 

CEIP La Fuenfresca (Teruel)

CEIP Astrónomo Zarzoso (Cella) 

CEIP Sra. Virgen del Pilar (Monreal)

 CEIP Las Viñas (Teruel).

We have been working together for five years in a bilingual project creating materials to work with our bilingual second graders in our schools. 

We have worked on different topics:

- Dinosaurs.

- Bilingual Festivities Around the world.

- England 

- USA

- Australia  

We elaborate materials to address the 4 skills highlighting the cultural and communicative aspects of the English language. We work on a topic for some months in our schools, put our students in contact using postcards and finally, go on a school trip where all of our students in our 4 schools meet one day and have fun in different activities and workshops using English as the main vehicle of communication.

So, our main goals are:

-     -To help students become conscious of the importance on English in our society.

-       To learn by doing and experiencing.

-       To have fun while learning.

-       To learn new concepts on a specific topic.

- To motivate students use the language with communicative purposes.
